The demands around Contract Expiry Functionality are one of those key issues we have zoned in on, in order to create a system that truly streamlines, improves accuracy and saves time. What we’ve created in Hark is a workflows based system. It has been built specifically to flex with you and your business. Our goal has been to build a programme that ensures you never miss a milestone. A system that offers you accuracy, security and optimisation, while also supporting your employee needs. How does this work in practice? Expiry dates are determined by HR to allow you to individually design the process for your employees. The workflow will keep track of the expiry date and alert the user when they reach key milestones. This can include ‘expiring in 6 months’, ‘expiring in 1 month’ and more. There are individual lanes for each timescale which allow HR to see at any time, where on the workflow each individual is. Workflows can be further enhanced to include subsequent actions such as sending a form to a manager to complete in order to request contract extensions or exit interviews. No process for us is every ‘finished’. Our plan is always to learn and build, we continue to fine tune, edit and update in order to bring our customers the most considered and effective solutions available.
